全奶花生餐包
真心觉得这个餐包的方子挺好,全奶,玉米油。也记不得是在哪里找到的,就记在自己的一个随手记的本子里,做出来的餐包宣软,味道香甜。同时和面只用一个程序,简单好操作,我用了家里现成的花生碎调味装饰,增香,好看,孩子超级喜欢吃。

  • 全蛋液110g
  • 牛奶170g
  • 玉米油40g
  • 60g
  • 酵母4g
  • 4g

Steps to make 全奶花生餐包

  • 1.留下约10g蛋液和花生,把用料中的所有材料放到面包机,启动面包机发面程序,90分钟后结束。面发好。
  • 2.取出面团排气松弛10分钟。
  • 3.再分成均匀的9个面剂子,揉圆。
  • 4.放到烤盘上,二次发酵。
  • 5.发酵两倍大后,刷上剩余蛋液。
  • 6.熟花生米去红衣,用刀切碎。
  • 7.撒在刷好蛋液的面包坯上。
  • 8.入烤箱,180度,中层,20分钟。中间加盖锡纸。
