图个好口彩”繁花似锦”。欢欢喜喜过元宵。因为自己会做汤圆,所以吃的任性,做的也任性。按照自己的喜好,把白胖胖的汤圆打扮的靓丽在登场哈。汤圆是花生白糖馅的。外皮的口感糯滑还有些Q,吃到口里瞬间都被花生香甜味占据了,来不及嚼就吞掉了。吃货天生的本能啊,转眼碗里的汤圆光盘了。

Steps to make 繁花似锦汤圆

  • 1.准备好做汤圆的主要食材
  • 2.加温水先拌三分之一的糯米粉
  • 3.拌成小疙瘩,一把
  • 4.拌好的糯米粉疙瘩开水煮
  • 5.捞出来放在盆子里加适量的水,按压面疙瘩和面,揉合成面团
  • 6.密封松弛面团10分钟,黑米粉一勺,红曲粉酒糟一勺掺合和好的糯米面,揉成团备用
  • 7.做好的花生馅料,冷冻以后用刀割成小块。
  • 8.糯米面皮做个窝型
  • 9.放一块馅料。馅料是冷冻的,这样更好包汤圆。
  • 10.用手的虎口往上推,慢慢的就合拢了。
  • 11.双手团一下就圆了
  • 12.放在屉布上这样好移动,不会沾底,用红色和黑色面做出自己喜欢的花型。
  • 13.做好直接煮了,或者冷冻都可以
  • 14.清水烧开了煮汤圆,多放点水,我这个水有些少了
