白面、玉米面萝卜肉包子
蒸馒头时加入少量玉米面,不仅可以增加营养,还能增加喧软美味的口感。家里正好有我姐送的玉米面,今天蒸包子放上1勺,出锅时不仅散发着玉米的香味,吃起来更是柔软好吃!

  • 面粉2斤
  • 玉米面1勺
  • 发酵粉10g
  • 猪肉1斤
  • 萝卜2个
  • 小香葱3颗
  • 1块
  • 生抽2匙
  • 老抽1匙
  • 蚝油2匙
  • 花椒面1茶匙
  • 1匙
  • 花生油2勺
  • 花椒10粒

Steps to make 白面、玉米面萝卜肉包子

  • 1.面粉中加少量玉米面混合,倒入发酵粉。
  • 2.边倒水边用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.用手揉成光滑的面团,盖上盖帘放温暖的地方发酵成二倍大。
  • 4.买的猪前腿肉打成肉馅,倒入盐、花椒面。
  • 5.再倒入生抽、老抽、蚝油。
  • 6.把姜末和小香葱倒入盆中。
  • 7.锅中倒油,油热爆香花椒。
  • 8.把锅中的花椒捞出,把油浇到小香葱上。
  • 9.把肉馅用筷子搅拌均匀。
  • 10.萝卜洗净去皮。
  • 11.用擦子擦成丝。
  • 12.锅中倒入开水,放入适量盐和食用油,把萝卜丝倒入焯水1分钟。
  • 13.用笊篱把萝卜丝控水捞出。
  • 14.用手攥干水分后,放案板上用刀切几下,不用切的太碎,切好后倒入肉馅中拌匀。
  • 15.面发至两倍大成蜂窝状就可以了。
  • 16.放到面板上揉搓排气,再搓成长条。
  • 17.切成大小均匀的剂子。
  • 18.撒上面粉用手按扁。
  • 19.擀成皮子,放上馅子,包成包子。
  • 20.包子做好后放到盖帘上,再次饧发20分钟。
  • 21.用手拿起来变轻后,把包子放到蒸锅中蒸20分钟,蒸好后焖2分钟再出锅。
  • 22.萝卜馅大包子,皮薄馅大、柔软筋道、开胃好吃!
