早餐小面包
早餐小面包制作方便,口感柔软香甜,颜色美观、可做早餐及下午茶食用。

  • 高筋面粉280g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶150g
  • 白糖30g
  • 黄油25g
  • 食用油15g
  • 酵母3g
  • 3g
  • 白芝麻适量(撒面包上)
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 牛奶15g

Steps to make 早餐小面包

  • 1.先将鸡蛋、温牛奶、糖、盐、酵母放入盆中搅拌均匀,再加入面粉搅拌成絮状,加入黄油揉成团,再加入食用油抹在面团上静置10分钟后将面团揉成团。
  • 2.将面团盖上盖子(或覆膜)放温暖处发酵。
  • 3.面团发酵完成。
  • 4.取出分成8等分(每个都过称,保持大小重量一致)。
  • 5.擀成长型皮。
  • 6.从一侧卷起。
  • 7.再围个小圈套3次,做个简单的造型
  • 8.逐个做好。
  • 9.面包坯二次醒发完成。
  • 10.取1个鸡蛋黄(散养鸡的蛋黄颜色好),放入15g牛奶。
  • 11.搅拌均匀,用于刷面包表面。
  • 12.将面包坯逐个均匀的刷上蛋液,撒上白芝麻点缀。
  • 13.烤箱先预预热5至10分钟,将烤盘放中下层,上火175度、下火150度烤18至20分钟。
  • 14.早餐小面包新鲜出炉,非常柔软、效果非常好,可做为早餐或下午茶食用。
