双色蜂蜜蛋糕卷
我玩烘焙都有几年了,但从没做过蛋糕卷的,总觉得很难,不想试,这次做这个双色蜂蜜蛋糕卷纯粹为了想参加一下蛋糕卷比赛玩一玩,但做的时候手忙脚乱的,蛋糕糊搞得到处都是,浪费了不少材料,以至蛋糕片是薄薄的一片,烘好后还忘了拿出来,直至晾凉都是在烘炉里的,这时候兴致已经大打折扣了,心里没想过会卷得成功的,但还是继续吧,取巧地在内里涂上点蜂蜜,一卷,居然成了!

  • 色拉油40克
  • 牛奶40克

Steps to make 双色蜂蜜蛋糕卷

  • 1.各材料
  • 2.牛奶与色拉油放一碗内
  • 3. 拌均匀
  • 4.投蛋黄与30克的糖
  • 5.拌成蛋液
  • 6.筛进低粉
  • 7.拌至均匀无颗粒,待用
  • 8.在蛋白中加进醋,余下的糖分三次加进
  • 9.蛋白打至9分发
  • 10.打发好的蛋白先下1/3拌进粉浆里
  • 11.分三次下蛋白拌好蛋糕糊
  • 12.取出一半的粉糊筛进绿茶粉
  • 13.拌成绿色糊
  • 14.用袋子装好双色粉糊
  • 15.先把绿粉糊在烤盘上挤出大格子,再把原色糊覆盖在上面
  • 16.放烤箱,170度烤18分钟
  • 17.取出已晾凉的蛋糕片涂上蜂蜜
  • 18.由外至内卷起,稍过一会,切片即可
