抹茶曲奇
曲奇饼干是烘焙的入门基础,只要食材比例适当,烘焙温度时间掌握好,想要吃到自制无添加的曲奇饼干还是很轻松简单的。抹茶味是不少女孩子的心头好,偶就是一个抹茶控咯!香甜中又有一点茶的余苦,恰好可以解饼干带来的甜腻。

  • 黄油60g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 低筋小麦粉100g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 抹茶粉8g
  • 柠檬汁3滴
  • 牛奶6滴

Steps to make 抹茶曲奇

  • 1.将黄油切成小块放入微波炉,小火2分钟左右进行融化,如果端出后仍有部分黄油未融化,可以将其搅拌,余温会融化它滴。
  • 2.分2次左右加入细砂糖(可用糖粉),沿一个方向打发至图片状。
  • 3.将鸡蛋整个打散,喜欢酥脆一点的盆友可以只用蛋黄。
  • 4.将蛋液分2次倒入打发的黄油中,沿一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 5.为了去除鸡蛋带来的腥味,加几滴柠檬汁,在抹茶曲奇中不可加多,不然就会有酸味,如果喜欢奶香味,还可以加几滴牛奶或者一些奶油。
  • 6.分2-3次加入抹茶粉,一个不喜欢过筛的人就麻烦一点咯,多少根据自己喜好,加多了抹茶的苦味就会很重哦。
  • 7.加入抹茶粉后均匀搅拌,颜色应该均匀且比最初要淡一些。
  • 8.分2-3次加入低筋小麦粉,从下至上将其翻均匀,不要用搅拌的,不然绿茶粉会将黄油大量析出,而且面还会上劲儿。
  • 9.将面装入带有裱花嘴的裱花袋挤出即可,样式要根据自己喜好选择不同的裱花嘴来定啦!~
  • 10.将其放入烤箱中层(要是像我家这种老式单管的就放最下层就好),180度10分钟,再调制160度5分钟。时间和温度根据自己烤箱而定啦。
