    Steps to make 桂花糯米枣

    • 1.材料图。红枣提前用水泡上。
    • 2.糯米面中加开水拌均匀。我要用开水的时候,正好煮的粥开锅了,直接加了一勺,因为有黑米,黑色的啊。
    • 3.将糯米面揉光滑饧上。
    • 4.红枣去核,去核时可以借助厨房剪刀或者小刀开口。
    • 5.将所有的枣子都去掉核,把糯米面团分小块,搓成跟枣差不多长的条条。
    • 6.把小面团逐一酿入枣子中间,摆在盘中。
    • 7.上笼蒸十五分钟。
    • 8.蒸好的枣。
    • 9.另取一干净的锅,加两勺水,一勺糖,开火烧开。
    • 10.另调一碗淀粉水。
    • 11.糖水烧开后,将淀粉水倒入锅中。
    • 12.将煮开后的糖水淋在蒸好的枣上。放上干桂花上桌即可。
