  • 鸡蛋100g(2个)
  • 白砂糖80g
  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 食用油100g
  • 泡打粉1小勺(约2克)

Steps to make (百分百成功)杏仁杯仔小蛋糕

  • 1.把全部原材料称好;
  • 2.鸡蛋,白砂糖一起放入碗中,用电动打蛋器搅打至糖化,约3分钟;
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉;
  • 4.再用电动打蛋器搅打至没有干粉的均匀面糊,约1分钟;
  • 5.加入食用油,打蛋器不开电,缓慢的搅拌均匀;
  • 6.搅拌均匀的面糊如图所示,光滑细腻,无油层分离的;
  • 7.把搅拌好的蛋糕糊装入裱花袋;
  • 8.裱花袋尖端剪一口,把蛋糕糊挤入纸杯中,7分满即可;
  • 9.在蛋糕表面撒上适量的杏仁片;
  • 10.放入(ACA—36A8)上火170,下火150度预热好的烤箱,中层,约烘烤15分钟;
  • 11.烤制蛋糕表面金黄色,开裂处没有液体状溶液,即可出炉!
