Steps to make 广式腊肉

  • 1.五花肉切约1.5英寸厚的条,放入腌料腌3-4天,期间勤翻面。
  • 2.用绳子在五花肉一端穿起来,晾挂好,套上纱网防苍蝇。(纱网是自己用窗纱做的,高层没苍蝇就不用套。)
  • 3.放在通风,太阳不直射曝晒到的地方晾晒7-10天。(祝天气情况而定,用手在瘦肉处捏捏,感觉硬硬的就好了。)
  • 4.晒好了,很漂亮的色泽。
