  • 甜面酱5勺
  • 豆腐乳1块
  • 豆腐乳汤汁3勺
  • 酱油3勺
  • 白糖30克
  • 2克

Steps to make 粉蒸肉

  • 1.五花肉化冻洗净。
  • 2.切成10公分长、3毫米厚的片。
  • 3.放入甜面酱5勺、豆腐乳1块、豆腐乳汤汁3勺、酱油3勺、白糖30克、盐2克、胡椒粉、姜、冰糖、味精。
  • 4.用手抓匀。
  • 5.取自制米粉100克,倒入肉中用手抓匀腌制30分钟。
  • 6.碗底放一块冰糖,把肉摆入碗中。
  • 7.放入锅中,用大火蒸2小时。
  • 8.从锅中取出,倒扣盘中。
  • 9.撒上切好的蒜苗碎,即可享用。
