酸甜黄瓜
春夏交接,天气一天天热起来,这个时候经常吃饭没什么胃口。不过一些瓜果蔬菜开始大量上市了,这不老妈买了几条黄瓜。之前可是三四块一斤呢,现在只要1块5到2块。我不爱直接吃生黄瓜,嫌有股青菜味,也不爱吃炒的黄瓜,软绵绵的,我就喜欢吃凉拌黄瓜,脆爽可口。有时候做酸甜口的,有时候做酸辣味的,换着吃。

Steps to make 酸甜黄瓜

  • 1.黄瓜削皮洗干净晾干水。
  • 2.切成5厘米长左右的小条。
  • 3.加1小勺盐拌匀,腌10-15分钟。
  • 4.将腌出来的水倒掉。
  • 5.加入1汤匙半的白砂糖。
  • 6.2汤匙米醋。
  • 7.拌匀,蒙上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏1小时更好吃。
