大沈每天下班,最惬意的事就是小酌上几两。小酒当然少不了配小菜,大沈最喜欢熟食店里的鸭爪。这年头,外面的添加门让人不敢在外面多买现成的熟食吃了。自己动手,丰衣足食,卤上一锅杂的,各其所好,全家欢喜。

  • 豆干10块
  • 草果1个
  • 老抽15m
  • 生抽15ml

Steps to make 杂锅卤

  • 1.准备清水十碗倒入锅内(吃饭的小碗)
  • 2.准备好所需的香料
  • 3.拿个空碗,量入老抽
  • 4.量入生抽
  • 5.加盐
  • 6.加冰糖
  • 7.搅拌一下,一起倒入锅内
  • 8.放所有香料
  • 9.大火开煮
  • 10.大火煮开,小火煮40分钟
  • 11.卤水放置一晚再用
  • 12.鸡蛋煮熟去皮(半路被小沈啃掉一个)
  • 13.鸡爪鸭爪解冻,洗净,减掉爪尖
  • 14.冷水入锅,放姜片,料酒煮熟。捞出,清水冲洗待用
  • 15.豆干表面划上数刀,开水泡一下
  • 16.所有材料入锅,大火煮开,小火再煮30分钟关火,12小时后即可食用
