红薯糕
红薯富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,有“长寿食品”之称。含糖量达到15%-20%。有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥等功效。

这款红薯糕是根据自己的口味习惯制作的,红薯的清香,淡淡的甜味,加上糯米粉与粘米粉后口感软糯香甜,而且不腻,男女老幼孕妇都非常适合食用,这是我家婆自己种的红薯,特别好吃,但我儿子偏偏不喜欢吃,只好变个花样,果然吃得很开心,宝妈的最终目的就达到了。

  • 清水75(可加减)

Steps to make 红薯糕

  • 1.红薯洗干净
  • 2.连皮整个入锅蒸,带皮能更好地保持红薯本身的原味,去皮也可以,但薯味会变淡(我是放电高压锅里隔水蒸压6分钟,随便用什么方法,只要蒸熟就可以了)
  • 3.蒸熟的红薯放凉后再剥皮
  • 4.压成泥
  • 5.红薯泥400克,糯米粉75克,粘米粉75克,白糖50克,清水75克(清水不要一次性倒入,视面团干湿状态而定,我刚好用了75克)
  • 6.和好的面团是这个状态的,手捏刚好能成团(我家光线较暗,这张拍得最暗了)
  • 7.分成每个30克的小面团,为了赶去接儿子放学,做得不是特别好看
  • 8.用50克月饼模定型
  • 9.印好的样子,刚好一大盘
  • 10.为了防粘,蒸屉上要刷一层食用油,我把它隔开摆放成两屉,水开中火蒸25分钟,焖两分钟开盖每个移动一下,防止水份干了红薯糕底部会粘
  • 11.好了,开吃吧!
