    Steps to make 【炸酱面,花样做】凉粉炸酱面 (打破传统吃法)

    • 1.除面条以外把黄瓜1根,凉粉1块,鸡胸肉,都洗净备用。
    • 2.把洗净的凉粉切成小块。
    • 3.鸡胸肉切片后也切成和凉粉一样的大小。
    • 4.加入盐半小勺,白胡椒粉,蚝油腌制5分钟左右。
    • 5.黄瓜切丝备用。
    • 6.六月香豆瓣酱,切好葱,姜,蒜。
    • 7.锅里倒少许油,把姜蒜煸香。
    • 8.煸香之后把腌制好的鸡胸肉放入翻炒。
    • 9.鸡肉变色后把切好的凉粉放入炒匀。
    • 10.再加入2大勺六月香豆瓣酱翻炒。
    • 11.再加入半碗的清水烧开。
    • 12.汤汁变稠后把香葱撒入即可。
    • 13.锅内倒水烧开后把面条放入。
    • 14.等水再次开后,关火,焖1分钟左右即可捞出。
    • 15.看,凉粉炸酱就做好了,简单吧。
    • 16.苽苽版的凉粉炸酱面。
