  • 牛奶60g
  • 鸡蛋1颗
  • 1g
  • 无铝泡打粉4g
  • 蔓越莓碎5g
  • 蜜豆10g

Steps to make 蔓越莓司康

  • 1.将低筋面粉、盐、无铝泡打粉放在盆里搅拌均匀。
  • 2.化好的黄油揉碎放入面里搅拌揉搓成带颗粒感面,放入3/4的鸡蛋再进行揉搓(剩下1/4留着备用)揉搓至颗粒感(如图)。
  • 3.有颗粒感的面絮留10g容器中备用,将60g牛奶倒入剩下的面絮中进行揉面。揉至表面光滑无颗粒感即可。
  • 4.面团分两份擀成长方形的面饼,一个面饼上铺满蜜豆后盖上另一层面饼;(我个人喜欢吃蜜豆多的[偷笑R])。
  • 5.顶上的面饼先涂上一层预留好的蛋液,再撒上蔓越莓碎,最后再来一层之前预留10g不加牛奶前的面絮撒在上面就好啦。
  • 6.烤箱预热好,把面饼切成自己喜欢的大小,铺在烘烤吸油纸的盘子上送入烤箱,190℃下20分钟就烤好了。
