面包机版黑加仑切片面包

  • 1.材料
  • 2.面包痛内放入牛奶,玉米油,鸡蛋,边角放白糖,对角放盐
  • 3.放入高筋面粉,覆盖整个液体材料,中间挖个小坑,把酵母埋进去
  • 4.启动和面程序16键,选择和面45分钟
  • 5.黑加仑洗干净,用纸巾吸去水分,选择开始发酵面团,发酵程序里是1小时三十分,其中20分钟是在和面70分钟发酵
  • 6.机器停止转动后,检查下出膜情况
  • 7.把里面的搅拌叶拿出来,盖上盖子开始发酵面团,盖子不要轻易打开,可以通过天窗来观察发酵情况
  • 8.发酵后的面团已经长满一桶
  • 9.把桶提出来在桶身包个锡纸,防止烤的时候颜色过深。外皮过厚
  • 10.选择烘烤程序,时间选择为50分钟
  • 11.时间到了,打开盖子,把小桶提出来倒出面包,注意烫手
  • 12.外皮是非常软的,上色也很好看
  • 13.凉透了在用面包刀切成片状
  • 14.真是超好吃呢
