柠檬腌白萝卜
天气渐渐的热起来了,昨天津城已有34°的高温。当家的一到热天,就没有食欲,早上连粥都不想喝,我用白萝卜做了一道配粥的小菜,酸甜口味,很开胃,白萝卜刚好也适合这个“烟民”吃,制作方法非常简单,食材常见,有兴趣的亲也试试吧。

Steps to make 柠檬腌白萝卜

  • 1.准备食材:白萝卜、柠檬、白糖、白醋 (白醋我忘记拍在一起了)
  • 2.白萝卜削皮,切片
  • 3.再把萝卜片切成扇形
  • 4.撒适量的盐腌制萝卜片
  • 5.柠檬一切两半
  • 6.一半同样切成扇形
  • 7.另一半挤出柠檬汁
  • 8.将腌出水的白萝卜挤干
  • 9.把柠檬片放在上面
  • 10.撒上白糖
  • 11.倒入柠檬汁
  • 12.倒入白醋,要没过食材
  • 13.拌均匀,密封入冰箱冷藏入味
  • 14.一盘酸甜爽口的配粥小菜就做好了,味道很棒哦
