不需要打发的玛芬,来自PH大师的经典方子
成品松软不结实,口感很好
表面盖了一层香脆的酥皮,吃起来比酥粒更过瘾

  • 黄油63克
  • 淡奶油93克
  • 砂糖50克
  • 中粉150克
  • 蓝莓80克
  • 0.5克
  • 鸡蛋1颗
  • 泡打粉5克
  • 黄油40克
  • 糖粉27克
  • 奶粉5克
  • 低粉50克

Steps to make 脆皮蓝莓玛芬

  • 1.先制作酥皮,黄油需提前软化,酥皮的所有材料混合
  • 2.混合成团后,冷藏待用
  • 3.制作玛芬,将玛芬中的黄油提前软化
  • 4.随后加入淡奶油和砂糖,搅拌均匀
  • 5.倒入鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀
  • 6.最后筛入中粉和泡打粉
  • 7.混合均匀成玛芬面糊
  • 8.模具中放入纸杯
  • 9.蓝莓提前洗净,用纸巾吸干表面的水分
  • 10.将2/3的蓝莓加入到面糊中,稍微搅拌下
  • 11.将面糊倒入纸杯中,刚好可以做6个
  • 12.将剩余的1/3蓝莓放在表面
  • 13.从冷藏室取出酥皮面糊,取一小块,在掌心揉圆压扁,再盖在玛芬面糊上
  • 14.放进预热好的烤箱中层,180度,烤制30分钟即可
  • 15.凉透后马上享用,酥皮脆香
