    Steps to make 干煸牛肉丝

    • 1.牛肉一块洗净沥干
    • 2.配料图
    • 3.将芹菜去叶留梗,切段,香菜去叶去根留梗切段
    • 4.干辣椒切末,姜切丝,蒜切片,适量花椒洗净
    • 5.牛肉切丝,用少许盐腌渍一下,将水分腌出来
    • 6.锅内入油热至8成后,下姜蒜辣椒花椒爆香
    • 7.随后倒入牛肉丝翻炒
    • 8.加少许料酒炒至到牛肉炒断生
    • 9.加一勺生抽,少许老抽,少许盐与白糖继续不停煸炒,至牛肉没了水分,只剩下油
    • 10.最后下芹菜与香菜翻炒1分钟,放少许鸡精即可关火
