  • 1.糖,牛奶,植物油混合搅匀。
  • 2.混合糯米粉粘米粉小麦生粉。
  • 3.混好的牛奶倒入混好的粉里,搅拌搅匀,并过筛2次,直至顺滑。静止30分钟。
  • 4.这时候我们另外取一些糯米粉,放入锅中小火炒熟,炒的微微发黄,无生粉的味道即可。
  • 5.静止好的冰皮糊大火上锅蒸20分钟。
  • 6.蒸好后,取出,乘热搅至顺滑,摊冷
  • 7.分成6个均匀的小团。
  • 8.哈密瓜馅也分成均匀的6等分。
  • 9.双手粘一些手粉,取一块冰皮,先滚圆滚光滑,然后按成片状(足够包下馅料),取一份馅料放在中间。
  • 10.像包包子一样收口。
  • 11.模具上好画片,粘一些手粉在面团上,收口处朝下,就是我们现在看到的漏在外面的是收口的地方。
  • 12.放在干净的碟子里,用力往下按(注意别太大力了,以免爆了)。扣住模具中间位置,轻轻一往下推即可脱模。
