发面油酥糖饼
“糖饼”顾名思义,一定是加了白糖或是红糖做出来的面饼,而我这个油酥甜饼加的不是糖而是蜜枣酱,蜜枣酱是用上好的阿胶蜜枣熬制成的,尽管没有加糖,可做出来的饼依然甜美香醇。绝对是自然的甜,醇正的香。

  • 玉米油50g
  • 150g
  • 酵母粉3g

Steps to make 发面油酥糖饼

  • 1.主材料:酵母溶于水,加面粉揉成非常软的面团。盖保鲜膜放温暖处发酵至2倍大
  • 2.将发酵好的面团在操作台上排气滚圆盖上保鲜膜饧发10分钟
  • 3.00克面粉加50克玉米油
  • 4.和成絮状油酥
  • 5.将饧发好的面团排气滚圆一分为二
  • 6.先取一份面团擀成大片铺上油酥
  • 7.先取一份面团擀成大片铺上油酥
  • 8.用擀面杖擀成较薄的面片
  • 9.卷起来切成大小均匀的剂子
  • 10.取一个剂子按扁擀开
  • 11.放上蜜枣酱
  • 12.包起来包严实
  • 13.收口向下轻轻按扁,依次全部做好
  • 14.预热电饼铛将生胚放入盖盖烙制
  • 15.一面烙至金黄后翻面
  • 16.另一面也烙至金黄烙熟即可
  • 17.全部做好的糖饼香酥味美,趁热吃好吃极了
