自制牛排
在家也可以制作牛排,和牛排店一样哦!

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 玉米1根
  • 西兰花80g
  • 土豆1个
  • 小番茄5个
  • 红葡萄酒少许

Steps to make 自制牛排

  • 1.牛排放入盘里,用厨房纸巾吸干水分,滴几滴红葡萄酒,撒少许盐和黑胡椒碎,腌制一会。
  • 2.玉米洗净切段,放入蒸锅里蒸熟。
  • 3.土豆去皮洗净切块,西兰花洗净切成小朵。
  • 4.小番茄洗净,对半切开。
  • 5.锅里放入一碗水烧开,放入土豆块煮至8成熟,煮好捞起来沥水待用。
  • 6.锅里放入少许橄榄油,放入土豆块煎熟,煎好以后撒入少许盐和黑胡椒碎,盛入盘里待用。
  • 7.锅里放入一碗水烧开,放入几滴油和适量盐,放入西兰花焯30秒看起来待用。
  • 8.锅里放入适量橄榄油,打入鸡蛋,煎至自己喜欢的程度,盛出来待用。
  • 9.锅里放入橄榄油,油温比较高的时候放入牛排,煎制2分钟,再翻另一面继续煎制2分钟。
  • 10.把牛排和配菜摆入盘中。
  • 11.在牛排上浇上适量黑胡椒酱即可。
  • 12.美味的牛排做好了。
