甜蜜幸福馅【玫瑰红豆沙】
妈妈总喜欢用红豆做美食,红豆糕,红豆粥,红豆汤,在我的概念里,红豆是补血的好东西,以前一直都想做豆沙馅,可以做豆沙包,豆沙春卷,豆沙馅月饼,南瓜饼超多好吃的。外面买的豆沙馅,又甜又腻,不知加了多少防腐剂、色素或者香料,想想就心慌慌。以前妈妈也熬过红豆馅,就是炒豆沙太过辛苦,不断地翻炒,直到炒干,一停顿,豆沙就会扑腾扑腾的冒泡飞溅出来,真是体力活。现在电器越来越先进,功能也越来越多,借助面包机的果酱功能和山楂糕功能,轻松炒豆沙。玫瑰细沙月饼也是相当出名的一种月饼,红豆馅配合糖玫瑰,伴着淡淡的玫瑰香,甜甜的滋味,吃起来,满口幸福和甜蜜。放点猪油,放点冰糖,再加上几勺糖玫瑰,开动机器,边加热边搅拌,只许慢慢等待,细腻的玫瑰红豆沙即刻出炉。

Steps to make 甜蜜幸福馅【玫瑰红豆沙】

  • 1.红豆洗净后放入清水中浸泡,泡过的豆子更易煮烂
  • 2.将红豆放入高压锅中,加适量清水,略比红豆高一些,煮20分钟
  • 3.待豆子煮烂后,用勺子不断按压或用料理机将红豆连同汤水一起粉粹,若红豆汤水过多,可以倒入汤锅中加热略收干
  • 4.准备冰糖60g,将冰糖放入红豆泥中靠余热溶解,若上部汤水较多,可以加入一起融化
  • 5.将红豆泥倒入面包机中
  • 6.加入两勺猪油(或15ml普通油)
  • 7.启动果酱功能,先加热收水,再加热搅拌,剩余25分钟时,加入两勺糖玫瑰
  • 8.果酱功能结束,红豆泥若偏湿,可再运行山楂酱或果酱功能,边加热边搅拌
