Steps to make 红枣蔓越莓磅蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.将室温软化的黄油打顺滑
  • 3.蔓越莓和红枣切小粒备用
  • 4.加入糖粉稍微打至膨松
  • 5. 2个鸡蛋混合成鸡蛋液,分三次加入黄油中,依次拌匀
  • 6.加入过筛的低筋面粉,拌匀
  • 7.放入切好成粒的蔓越莓及红枣干,拌匀
  • 8.模具涂一层黄油
  • 9.模具内壁刷一层黄油,面糊倒入模具中,轻轻震平
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱,170度,烤15分钟,15分钟后取出,用湿过水的小刀在蛋糕中间划一道
  • 11.然后继续放入烤箱,170度再烤30分钟即可,出炉后刷上蜂蜜就可以享用啦
