自制椒盐
椒盐为中国各个地区常见的调味料。可以用小中火将花椒粒与盐炒约一两分钟至花椒香气溢出,盛起待凉即可。



华北地区,椒盐的做法是将花椒炸酥,碾碎成粉,搀在细盐之中,一般作为炸鸡或者其他炸肉的调料,可以加在油炸食品包裹的面糊中,也可以炸好后用油炸食品蘸着椒盐吃。也可以制作多种面食,比如烙饼,牛舌饼。椒盐同样可用于烧烤。

花椒的功效

1. 花椒气味芳香,可除各种肉类的腥膻臭气,能促进唾液分泌,增加食欲;

2. 日本医学院研究发现,花椒能使血管扩张,从而能起到降低血压的作用。

一般人群均可食用

肾病患者、白内障患者、高温环境下工作的人群、孕妇、阴虚火旺者不宜食用。

  • 1.材料:花椒50克 盐巴6克

  • 4.倒入盐巴翻炒至微黄起锅倒入花椒一起。
  • 5..倒入破壁机内。
