春饼
不经意间,春天已经悄悄来了!春饼是汉族的传统美食,立春这天吃春饼,也叫“咬春”,取喜迎新春之意。

Steps to make 春饼

  • 1.500克面粉里面加3克盐用80℃的水,拌成絮状揉成光滑的面团醒发20分钟。
  • 2.将大葱葱白切成细丝,黄瓜洗干净切成丝,胡萝卜洗干净切丝焯下水。
  • 3.里脊肉洗干净切成丝炒成肉丝。
  • 4.醒好的面搓成长条切成比饺子两倍大的面团。
  • 5.用手压平刷上油,两个压在一起。
  • 6.擀成薄饼。
  • 7.平底锅刷油,把擀好的饼放进去。
  • 8.小火将饼烙至起大泡有小花色翻过烙另一面。
  • 9.两面都烙成起小花饼已经烙好出锅。
  • 10.成品图。
  • 11.将饼从中间一分为二,里面卷上肉和菜。
  • 12.有菜有肉饼劲道。
