香烤碱粽
粽子又称"角黍"、"筒粽",是端午节的节日食品,由粽叶包裹糯米蒸制而成。传说是为纪念屈原而流传的,是中国历史上文化积淀最深厚的传统食品。
我们这儿乡下,会用一种植物烧成灰,做成天然的碱,拿来做粽子,口味纯正。
包裹了黑芝麻的粽子经过烘烤,香浓美味!

Steps to make 香烤碱粽

  • 1.将粽子剥去粽叶
  • 2.将粽子裹一层蜂蜜水
  • 3.表面均匀裹上黑芝麻
  • 4.摆入烤盘
  • 5.放入烤箱中下层上下火180度,烘烤10分钟,即可出炉,享用,根据各人口味,可再蘸蜂蜜水食用。
