Steps to make 薄荷羊肉米线

  • 1.把羊骨头、羊肉清洗干净,倒入锅中,加入八角、花椒、姜片加水煮至沸腾撇去浮沫,捞出备用。
  • 2.把羊骨头、羊肉倒入砂锅中,一次性加足水,放入拍碎的姜块慢炖,羊肉不要煮太久,水开后1小时后捞出,切薄片备用,羊骨头继续熬煮2个多小时,直至汤变乳白色。
  • 3.把洗好的葱、蒜切末,薄荷叶备用。
  • 4.提前泡好的米线,开水焯一下沥水待用。
  • 5.锅里倒入少许油烧热,放入葱蒜末爆香,再加入油辣椒、老干妈、酱油翻炒片刻,然后倒入羊骨汤,最后加盐、味精、味极鲜调味关火。
  • 6.取一大碗倒入米线,摆上羊肉片,加入调制的汤,喜欢吃醋的可以放一些进去,再放入薄荷即可。
