Steps to make 豆角焖面

  • 1.取一深碗,放入蒸笼纸垫底。
  • 2.新鲜面条抖散。

  • 5.五花肉切条加盐与酱油腌好,准备好干辣椒段。
  • 6.长豆角切段洗净。
  • 7.锅中放油烧热,下入五花肉炒出油出香味。
  • 8.放入姜蒜。
  • 9.放入干辣椒段,加盐,生抽,老抽,可放些胡椒粉。
  • 10.倒入开水煮开。
  • 11.用勺子舀出大半碗汤汁。
  • 12.这时先把豆角煮一小会在面条倒下去。
  • 13.用筷子不停翻拌,让面条上色均匀,在把刚才舀出的半碗汤汁倒入锅中。
  • 14.汤汁收干后,淋些芝麻油在面条上出锅。香喷喷的面条出锅了!
