今日立春啦,又到吃春饼的时候啦。今天做的春饼,不放盐,不放油,炒两个小菜,卷着春饼吃,还真是清口的呢。

Steps to make 烙春饼

  • 1.原料很简单,普通面粉就可以。
  • 2.将温水分次倒入面粉中,先用筷子搅拌均匀,再用手慢慢和成软的面团。
  • 3.面团和好后,好盖上保鲜膜醒15分钟。
  • 4.醒好的面团揉均匀,分成25克一个的小面团,揉圆按扁。
  • 5.用擀面杖擀成薄薄的圆面处。
  • 6.平底锅小火,将饼放入锅中。
  • 7.底部成熟后翻面继续烙,饼很薄很快就可以成熟。
  • 8.薄薄的春饼烙好啦,口感筋道。
