看我们吃了几天的卤菜,孩子跟我讲,其实卤海带也好吃得。孩子说好吃,咱也得小试一下,于是干海带走起。泡洗干海带我爱用温水,一是发得快,二是清洗起来个人感觉跟干净。卤制呢就更加的随意了,家里的香料一起,酱油一调。好味卤海带就这么华丽丽的有了。

Steps to make 卤海带

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.将海带用温水泡洗好。
  • 3.锅里加水,下香料辣椒。
  • 4.再加入酱油及冰糖。
  • 5.将海带下锅,大火煮开,再转小火煮至二十分钟,关火后有时间的就入味数小时。
  • 6.这样子一份好吃的味的卤海带就完成了。
