看着大家这段时间热火朝天做着各式各样的月饼,我好眼馋,也好手痒啊!虽然,我不喜欢吃月饼,每年单位发的大都送人了,朋友送的也吃不完都坏掉了。可每天都看到大家做。做滴那么好,我还是想跃跃欲试。

前段时间看到唯惜之家买了个性月饼模子,我也很动心,也要买。被老公批评了一顿,说我“不现实,费劲不说还没人吃,买它干嘛!”为了“家庭团结和睦”,小厨忍痛割爱,没有买,好烦啊。
没有买模子不代表不想做月饼,没有模子也不代表不能做月饼,呵呵,小厨自有一套办法,咱做酥皮滴,嘿嘿,也是月饼啊。

小厨自己做了莲蓉馅和豆沙馅,在某个傍晚悄悄滴开始了行动。关上门,一个人在厨房忙活了一阵子。做好的坯子放入烤箱后,烘焙那独特的味道慢慢撒发出来,屋内慢慢弥漫了一股股香味。

刚出炉的酥皮月饼,谁能抗拒的了她的诱惑?

  • 中筋面粉150克
  • 低筋面粉90克
  • 黄油60克
  • 40克
  • 砂糖20克
  • 色拉油45毫升

Steps to make 酥皮月饼---莲蓉酥@豆沙酥

  • 1.黄油微波融化(或隔水融化),将水油皮材料混合成光滑的面团,静置20分钟。
  • 2.将油酥配料混合,揉成面团,静置15分钟。
  • 3.将水油皮面团和油酥面团分别分成16个小团,莲蓉馅和豆沙馅也分别揉成小团(共16个)。
  • 4.将一个水油皮小面团按扁。
  • 5.包入酥油团。
  • 6.收口向下。
  • 7.用擀面杖擀成椭圆形。
  • 8.上下分别折起来。共重复三次步骤7.8这样的动作。
  • 9.最后一次擀好后包入莲蓉馅(豆沙馅)。
  • 10.收口向下。全部包好后,刷蛋黄液。
  • 11.撒上芝麻。(我为了区分:白芝麻是莲蓉馅,黑芝麻是豆沙馅)。
  • 12.入预热好的烤箱200度,25-30分钟。
  • 13.看看内部结构,可真的是千层酥皮哦。
  • 14.豆沙馅的。
