清炒菜心
这个是广东菜心,和广东芥兰有点像,但是是不一样的口感。

  • 蒜头3瓣
  • 红椒1个
  • 1匙
  • 鸡精半匙
  • 蚝油1勺

Steps to make 清炒菜心

  • 1.菜心摘掉黄叶,根部比较老,需要削皮,清洗干净备用。
  • 2.把菜心切成小段。
  • 3.起锅烧油,下蒜末炒香。
  • 4.倒入菜心,翻炒均匀。
  • 5.加少量清水,翻炒2分钟。
  • 6.撒上红椒丝(放红椒是为了色彩丰富,也可以不放)。
  • 7.倒1勺蚝油,翻炒几下。
  • 8.加1匙盐,半匙鸡精调味,翻炒均匀即可。
  • 9.成品。菜心很脆,清淡的素菜也可以很美味。
