  • 1.主要食材如图所示示意,黄瓜、胡萝卜、金针菇。
  • 2.金针菇切去根部
  • 3.手撕成小份,泡水中洗净。
  • 4.黄瓜洗净用刨丝器,刨成细丝。(可不去皮)
  • 5.胡萝卜去皮,同理刨成细丝。
  • 6.然后先加适量盐
  • 7.用手抓拌均匀,盐与食材混合,不仅能初步增加咸味,还能使的黄瓜萝卜丝出水变软。
  • 8.抓拌均匀,静待1~2分钟左右,将多余的汁水控干,备用。
  • 9.然后将金针菇,入沸水中汆烫成熟,捞出控水,可过一下凉水。
  • 10.然后加到黄瓜胡萝卜丝中。
  • 11.加入适量蒜瓣增加香味,会炸蒜油的,备一些那就更好了。
  • 12.然后加2小勺太太乐原味鲜酱油。
  • 13.1小勺鲜贝露调味。
  • 14.适量的芝麻香油。
  • 15.而后还要加少许的糖。
  • 16.蚝油呢也是可以来一点的~(这款鲍汁蚝油不会很咸)。
  • 17. 然后将所有食材抓拌均匀。
  • 18.最后出锅摆拍,再撒些白芝麻。
