自制雪里红咸菜
咸菜我还是比较喜欢的,多数用来做雪菜肉丝了,夏天的时候还喜欢加点毛豆仁炒炒,所有每年都喜欢腌一点,唯独今年不想腌的——懒的原因,但亲戚知道我喜欢腌点咸菜,自己地里长的雪里红给我带了点,又只好行动了!!

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.雪里红菜洗净沥干再剁碎,我喜欢越碎越好。
  • 3.剁好的菜加点盐拌匀。
  • 4.再在上面压上重物一个晚上。
  • 5.第二天就可以看到菜的水分就出来了。
  • 6.这时候就需要家里的男丁帮忙把菜的水分挤干,越干越好。
  • 7.可以尝一下咸淡,淡的再加点盐拌匀。
  • 8.用瓶子装好剩下的交给时间就可以。
