  • 鸡蛋2个

Steps to make 迷你玛德琳

  • 1.黄油隔水软化成液态。
  • 2.鸡蛋加糖粉用打蛋器充分打匀。
  • 3.黄油粉多次加入蛋液,每次都要彻底打匀。
  • 4.面粉和泡打粉混合过筛筛入蛋液中。
  • 5.用刮刀拌匀。
  • 6.将拌好的蛋糕液倒入裱花袋中入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 7.模具中抹上一层黄油。
  • 8.挤入蛋糕糊。
  • 9.烤箱180度预热。
  • 10.放入模具,中层上下火烤10分钟即可。
  • 11.成品图。
