  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将鸡腿清洗干净,剁成适中的块。
  • 3.大葱切段,生姜切丝。
  • 4.切好的鸡腿块加入豆豉、腐乳、料酒、生抽、白砂糖、和姜丝、葱段拌匀,腌制4小时以上。
  • 5.土豆清洗干净。
  • 6.将切成滚刀块的土豆放入碗底。
  • 7.上面放上腌好的鸡肉块。再放上土豆。
  • 8.最后再放上鸡肉。
  • 9.放入压力锅蒸15分钟即可。
