  • 1.先将红豆和薏米清洗干净后浸泡几个小时,或是头天晚上将薏米红豆放冰箱冷藏浸泡。
  • 2.锅里注入清水加入红豆薏米,盖上盖子大火烧开后该小火焖煮5-10分钟后关火后焖1-2个小时。
  • 3.加入冰糖,冰糖可以根据自己的口感添加。若是想减肥,可以不添加冰糖。
  • 4.然后在煮20分钟豆子就全部开花了。如果想更快,直接用高压锅压25分钟也可以。
