  • 1.我是网购的皂角米和桃胶套装,里面还有一小包冰糖。
  • 2.桃胶和皂角米冷水泡发20个小时,水多一点。
  • 3.银耳切三分之一朵,加水泡发2个小时。
  • 4.现在皂角米已完全膨胀,洗净。
  • 5.桃胶也已经泡发好,洗去杂质。
  • 6.把洗净的皂角米、桃胶、撕小朵的银耳、枣子、蔓越莓,冰糖,放入电饭锅。
  • 7.加2-3倍的纯净水,水量随个人喜好,我喜欢汤汤水水的,所以水稍微多一点。
