开心果蜂蜜脆饼
一款低油的饼干,开心果的绿与面团的黄相互辉映。仔细想想,若是换成其他坚果,大概都不会如此出彩。差一点就去淘生开心果,为着那碧绿的颜色。只差了一点点,终究还是退而求其次,买回少少量熟果,只为这一次的烘烤。
孟老师的点心大多是上下火分设不同的温度。而焙多芬却没有办法分别设置上下火,只好取个中间值。前两次用焙多芬都是定时定温,然后基本上就可以按时出炉,而且成色都还不错。这一次以中值设定温度,设定时间为25分钟,3-5分钟的预热,剩下20分钟烘烤。不过,这一次就不敢等到END再出炉了,倒计时到最后5分钟,看看成色还不错,不敢继续,赶紧出炉。。。不怕一万,就怕万一。。

  • 蜂蜜25克
  • 低筋粉60克
  • 泡打粉1/8小勺
  • 开心果10克

Steps to make 开心果蜂蜜脆饼

  • 1.用料
  • 2.黄油隔热水融化
  • 3.加入蜂蜜
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.泡打粉与低筋粉混合,筛入碗中
  • 6.稍微拌和
  • 7.加入开心果
  • 8.抓成均匀面团
  • 9.整理成直径约2.5厘米的圆柱
  • 10.包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏2小时以上至凝固
  • 11.取出切成厚约1厘米的片
  • 12.摆入烤盘
  • 13.烤箱通电,长按开关键,所有键亮
  • 14.触碰上下火键,显示屏亮,再触碰时间/温度键,设定温度为160度
  • 15.再次触碰时间/温度键,设置时间为24分钟,约3分钟后,烤箱提示完成预热,
  • 16.放入烤盘,中层
  • 17.关好烤箱门,等待烘烤结束
  • 18.取出,晾凉
