Steps to make 三色果冻

  • 1.红葡萄汁一瓶,白葡萄汁一瓶,山楂汁一瓶,吉利丁粉一瓶。
  • 2.取100ML红葡萄汁,加入5克吉利丁粉,浸泡1-2分钟后,入微波炉高火转30秒,至液体颜色变至透明即可。
  • 3.倒入高脚酒杯中,注意分配均匀,然后放入冰箱冷藏30分钟左右。
  • 4.等第一层凝固后,再将100ML山楂汁加入5克吉利丁粉,泡开后入微波炉转30秒至清澈。
  • 5.晾凉后倒入已经凝固的第一层果冻液上,再次放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 6.最后将白葡萄汁以同样方法制成果冻液,冷却后倒在第二层果冻上,放入冰箱冷藏即可。
