日式舒芙蕾芝士蛋糕

Steps to make 日式舒芙蕾芝士蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所有食材。
  • 2.将奶油奶酪、白巧克力隔热水,软化,我是偷懒了,两种食材一起隔热水化着,腾出手来分离鸡蛋,看到化的差不多了,再来拌。
  • 3.用切拌刀,拌至无颗粒,并混合均匀。
  • 4.分离蛋清到无油无水的碗里。
  • 5.加入3个蛋黄拌匀,这时160度预热烤箱。
  • 6.用电动打蛋器将蛋清打至硬性发泡。
  • 7.取三分之一蛋白泡入蛋黄糊里切拌匀。
  • 8.将全部蛋黄糊倒回蛋白泡里翻拌匀。
  • 9.将蛋糕糊倒入6寸蛋糕模具里,轻轻震几下。
  • 10.将蛋糕糊放入烤箱网架上,中层,下面放盘水,用水浴法,160度烤45分钟。
  • 11.即时出炉,不用倒扣,平放晾凉,冷藏后口味更佳。
