Steps to make 酿油豆腐

  • 1.草鱼杀好洗干净
  • 2.草鱼杀好洗干净,用菜刀去肉,把去下的鱼肉剁成肉陷
  • 3.五花肉用刀剁成肉馅
  • 4.小香芋去皮
  • 5.小香芋去皮剁成丁
  • 6.花生米用油炸熟,去皮,待用
  • 7.韭菜洗净,切小段
  • 8.油豆腐用手撕个口,把里面的豆腐掏空,待用。
  • 9.把鱼肉末,五花肉末,香芋丁放在一起
  • 10.再放入花生米
  • 11.放入韭菜。盐,油,胡椒粉,生粉,调味调陷
  • 12.油豆腐分开
  • 13.把陷逐个装到油豆腐里面
  • 14.炒锅内把葱白爆香,放入调味料,最后把酿好的油豆腐放入锅内烩5分钟,
  • 15.出锅,在装扮就好了
