    • 1.乳黄瓜洗净,用开水烫一下保持鲜绿杀菌。
    • 2.虾去皮开水烫熟,过凉水去干水份。
    • 3.蔬菜粒开水烫再过凉水控水,同时放入盆中。
    • 4.小磨香油、油泼辣子、青花椒酱。
    • 5.除上述三种调料外,加入醋、生鲜酱油、盐、鸡精、蒜蓉。
    • 6.将所有材料翻拌均匀即可。
    • 7.装盘上桌,家人称赞说:“好吃”,微辣、微麻、及复合口味,好香!
