Steps to make 蜜汁猪肉铺

  • 1.我选梅花肉做的,比较嫩,猪里脊也可以料酒。
  • 2.猪肉剁成肉末,放入盐,耗油,生抽,老抽,胡椒粉,糖,搅拌上劲,往一个方向搅拌。
  • 3.取适量肉末在油纸上,面上铺一层保鲜膜,,用擀面杖擀开,尽量薄一些,烤箱预热180度15分钟后拿出来,把水倒掉,再涂一层蜂蜜水,撒上芝麻,再放入烤箱180度15分钟。
  • 4.成品。
