腊肉炒淮山薯
以前我家淮山薯一直都是用于煲汤,看到美食家许多人都用于炒,于是我也试着炒,果然不错,挺爽脆的。只是有个问题不明白,为什么这淮山薯切好用水泡着还会变色?

Steps to make 腊肉炒淮山薯

  • 1.烧热锅倒入少许橄榄油,放入切成段的大蒜苗(白色那部分),爆出香味盛出备用。
  • 2.将切成片有腊肉倒入大火翻炒。
  • 3.尽量炒至肥肉内的油被逼出来,盛出备用。
  • 4.倒入切成片的淮山薯大火翻炒,调入少许盐、糖以及水。
  • 5.将大蒜苗放入翻炒均匀。
  • 6.最后把大蒜白以及腊肉都加入。
  • 7.翻炒均匀之后熄火上碟。
