黄油蜂蜜吐司条
吐司是我家冰箱冷冻室里的必备品,不上班的日子早餐总是用它解决,最常吃的做法是三明治,我发现吐司片真的是万能的,它可以千变万化,我用吐司片做的花样吃法已经少说也有十种以上了,都是既好吃,做法又简单,而且颜值还特别高的,漂亮的外形总是深受小朋友的喜欢。
我今天分享的做法也是利用吐司片做简单的加工,口感是酥酥脆脆的,吃起来咔嚓咔嚓,甜甜的蜂蜜融合黄油的奶香味儿,好吃的停不下来,当早餐或者做零食都很合适,孩子下午放学回家总是饿,吃两块垫垫肚子再合适不过了,制作方法也没什么技术含量,百分百成功。

Steps to make 黄油蜂蜜吐司条

  • 1.准备吐司片,切成条状。
  • 2.准备黄油和蜂蜜。
  • 3.将黄油和蜂蜜倒入平底锅小火加热,并用刮刀不停搅拌,融化并混合均匀后关火。
  • 4.吐司条放入锅中,两面均匀蘸取黄油蜂蜜后,摆入烤盘(烤盘提前加铺油纸)。
  • 5.烤箱或者空气炸锅,空气炸烤箱都可以,以180度进行预热,入炉前在表面撒一层砂糖,粗砂糖或者细砂糖都可以,上下火烤15-20分钟。
  • 6.观察上色,吐司条表面呈焦黄色,就可以出炉了。
  • 7.出炉后趁热吃就很好吃,晾凉以后会变得特别酥脆,香甜可口。
  • 8.脆脆甜甜。
