香肠包
香肠包也叫热狗包,换个花样吃面包是个很有趣的事情。

  • 高粉320g
  • 低粉80g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 牛奶120ml
  • 2g
  • 砂糖50g
  • 酵母粉6g
  • 黄油50g
  • 香肠5根

Steps to make 香肠包

  • 1.准备好所有的食材并称量好.
  • 2.黄油和酵母粉暂时放在一边备用。
  • 3.将高粉、低粉、鸡蛋、砂糖、盐混合。
  • 4.用牛奶和面。
  • 5.和成面团静置30分钟。
  • 6.放入软化的黄油和酵母粉。
  • 7.用和面机搅拌40分钟左右。
  • 8.至光滑有薄膜。
  • 9.发酵至2倍大。
  • 10.发好的面团,取出排气,分为70克的小面团,滚圆,松弛15分钟左右。
  • 11.香肠将外衣剥去备用。
  • 12.取一个面团,擀开,放上一根香肠。
  • 13.将香肠包入面团内。
  • 14.用刀切开,不要切断。
  • 15.用手分开,捏成花状。
  • 16.盖上保鲜膜,进行第二次发酵。最后刷上蛋液。
  • 17.撒上一层葱花和沙拉酱。(可以不撒)烤箱175度预热5分钟,上下火,中层。10分钟即可。
  • 18.取出面包迅速刷上一层黄油,特别提亮。
