  • 1.豆腐切成1厘米大小的方块。

  • 4.把焯好水的芹菜叶冲凉后切小段,蒜去皮拍扁成蒜泥。
  • 5.把豆腐、芹菜叶、蒜泥放入凉拌大碗里。
  • 6.加入适量的盐、酱油、醋、鸡精拌匀。
  • 7.淋入香油和油辣子拌匀即可。
