Steps to make 迷你培根披萨

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将高筋面粉、糖、盐、酵母粉、橄榄油、水放入面包机中。选择和面按钮,揉至面光滑的面团后开始发酵。
  • 3.趁面团发酵的时间,开始准备配料。将青红椒切成圈、培根切段备用。
  • 4.面团发酵至原体积两倍大的时候就可以了。然后从面包机中取出,揉至气体排出。
  • 5.将面团分成35克左右的小面团。
  • 6.将面团擀成直径10厘米左右的小圆饼。
  • 7.用手给面饼捏出边缘。如图。
  • 8.在面饼中央扎一些小孔,然后抹上适量的番茄酱。
  • 9.将培根,青红椒依次放在面饼上,然后撒上适量的奶酪碎。最后,往披萨的边缘抹一薄薄的全蛋液。
  • 10.上下火185度烤20分钟即可。
